About Us

Janbay Construction Co was established in 2004. The partners are A. Kadir Ucar (Construction Engineer, Side old Mayor) and Selahattin Ucar.

Janbay Construction Co builds holiday residences and business centers; at the same time renovating characteristic Side Houses in Side Old Town (Antique Side). The best example for this is Platin Jewelry, that it has been managed by Janbay for 13 years. Our Company is also an Investment Management firm and buying and selling building lots.

The other branch of the partners is Jewelry. Platin Jewelry is serving in old town Side since 1993.

Our Principal is in both of the branch is first trust, quality and smiling faces in the service.
